Our standard
This website is built with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as its reference standard. We treat accessibility as part of quality, not as an afterthought.
What we have done
- All pages can be navigated with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator on every interactive element.
- Animations and motion effects are disabled automatically for visitors whose devices request reduced motion.
- Text and interface elements maintain clear color contrast against their backgrounds.
- Images that convey information include text alternatives, and decorative elements are hidden from screen readers.
- Forms use proper labels, and error messages explain what needs to be corrected.
- The layout adapts to small screens, zoomed text, and different orientations.
Accessible service
Accessibility does not end at the website. If you or a recipient needs a specific accommodation at pickup or delivery, such as extra time at the door, a specific knock or call, or assistance with a package, tell us when you book and we will build it into the run.
Ongoing work
We review the site regularly and fix accessibility issues as we find them. Accessibility is a continuing effort, and we welcome every report that helps us improve.
